A deposit of $15 is required for your appointment. If you’re booking multiple services, just 1 payment of $15 is required. If you’re booking via phone call/text message, please be mindful that we will ask for your credit card information. The deposit is not waivable, & does go toward your final payment.


C A N C E L L A T I O N


Cancellations happen, we get that, however there might be someone who wanted your appointment, & we all missed out. There will be a 50% charge of all scheduled services to cancel if cancelled within 24 hours of your original appointment time. We always try our best to keep every single one of you happy!


N O - S H O W


Things come up, we understand completely, however when it comes to not showing up or not communicating properly we will have to charge a No-Show Fee which is 75% of appointment. This is Non-Refundable and there are no exceptions. This payment will not go towards future services with us.
